Absolutely disgraceful first class lounge experience in Bangkok. The place was filthy, the food was low quality, and worst of all there were people fighting there all the time! Worse still, nobody would tell me whether my flight to Munich was cancelled or if it was just postponed. I'm glad to be finally free of that place, and I would never recommend using their first class lounge in Bangkok again, even to my worst enemy.
Flew flight VM1 from Munich to Zurich. Spacious seating and good selection of inflight food and entertainment, but my flight was delayed by 2 hours, and the pilot subsequently decided to turn around while airborne with no explanaton given. Overall a very surreal experience, and would not recommend flying on it again.
